Appeal from the district court's judgment affirming the order of the Mille Lacs county board of county commissioners dissolving Common School District No. 33 of Mille Lacs county and attaching the territory of the dissolved district to School District No. 18 Joint of Mille Lacs, Kanabec, and Aitkin counties. Common School District No. 33 is located entirely within Mille Lacs county in this state and has been operating since at least 1913. The territory of School District No. 18 Joint lies in parts of Mille Lacs, Aitkin, and Kanabec counties; it was a functioning school district at the time the proceedings out of which this appeal arises were commenced.
